New Transaction Registration NF

Important Info & Procedures

1. Agents must be current members of the Association of Realtors if engaged in real estate activities (listing, selling, leasing, renting, etc.)
2. All transactions including new listing, open escrow or leasing, to be registered with company at the beginning of the transaction was initiated. 
3. Company will not proceed any request from agent if New Transaction Registration has not been submitted.
4. After submitting request, agent will receive an email notification on the completion of New Transaction Registration.
5. All future documentation related to the transaction will only be processed through EDM Posting Request after the transaction has been opened.
