Important Info & Procedure

  1. The “Instruction to Pay Commission” form, generated by the Escrow Company, must be promptly submitted to the broker for approval at the onset of the escrow process.
  2. All documents pertaining to broker commissions, including any amendments, necessitate approval and signatures from the broker’s office exclusively.
  3. Please be aware that the minimum requirement for company funds must align with the figures specified in the Compensation Exhibit.
  4. It is imperative to maintain a buffer of at least $1,000, in addition to the company funds, which should cover any applicable fees outlined in the Fee Schedule.
  5. Upon completion of this request, notification will be conveyed directly to the escrow entity via email.
  6. To remit the final broker commission, the established protocol mandates that it be wired directly to the office. Agents are strictly prohibited from either picking up or personally delivering these funds.
