Add/Change Request - Mortgage
Important Info & Procedure
- All general requests, other than specific requests listed on VirtualAgents360, including addition and/or revision made on transaction information in any aspect, to be made initially via Add/Change Request.
Prior to SUBMISSION request received by the processing team, all ADD/CHANGE request in regard to content in 1003 application, will not be reviewed and/or processed by processor due to the uncertainty of the application.
For transaction dentification and the effectiveness on request handling, office will not process any general request made initially via email.
- Office will not be responsible for any processing delay if general requests are not being made via Add/Change request accordingly.
